Experience

Since 2014, I have dedicated myself to serving Fairfield Township as your trustee! The experience I have gained in will help to continue to build the township for today and for the future. It has been a pleasure to meet so many wonderful township residents and to have the ability to make a true impact on our community. Many wonderful improvements have been made. We still have so much potential to make our community even better! 

In the course of my career I have been blessed to work in a variety of engineering related capacities. A significant portion of my career has been spent analyzing and improving processes, both on the manufacturing shop floor and within the professional business process environment. Methodologies such as Lean Kaizen, (Continuous Improvement) have been the cornerstone of my work. In many cases, I facilitated cross-functional teams to accomplish difficult objectives. On multiple occasions I have led strategic planning for departments and for executive level management teams. Along with these activities, I have been responsible for facility/equipment management and the associated budget. Currently, my professional work is dedicated to Fairfield Township.
